If your agency bills Medicaid, a Medicaid health plan, Medicare, the VA, or an insurance company electronically, federal health privacy rules almost always treat it as a covered health care provider, and Nodal isn’t available to those agencies right now, even for your private-pay clients.

No. Nodal is built for agencies paid privately by clients and families.
